I love this recipe, it’s low in sugar and satisfies the chocolate cravings. It’s also high in magnesium and good for your heart. Enjoy!
1 cup milk of choice (I use oat or coconut)
2-3 tbsp cacao powder
1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt
Optional toppers: marshmallows, chocolate shavings, coconut whipped cream
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Heat over medium heat until desired temperature.
Top with favourite toppers and enjoy!
