Saba Zahiri was drawn to BodaHealth by her interest and experience in the healthcare field. She previously worked as a receptionist for a family doctor and is currently studying for a degree in Biology at the University of British Columbia. Saba chose BodaHealth as a way to get involved in a clinical setting where she could assist patients and be a part of their treatment process.
Saba’s goals are to finish her undergrad degree and then pursue a masters in Health Sciences. She’s a great fit at BodaHealth, because Saba believes that natural healthcare is the most organic way to balance the biochemical reactions in the body, which permits the body to recover naturally and maintain the right balance. Saba says, “it’s critical to trust the process, connect with it and remain patient to see the results.” One of the highlights of working at BodaHealth for Saba is the ability to learn more about the various types of treatments and methods used to treat patients.
When she’s not at the clinic or studying, Saba enjoys playing badminton, kickboxing and playing volleyball. She is also a volunteer at Revera Care Home and for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Saba has four cats that she likes to take outside for a walk! She brought her furry friends to Canada when she moved to Vancouver from Dubai in 2017.
