1 Cup Fresh dill
1 Cup Italian Parsley
¼ cup Tbs Olive oil
¼ cup Capers
¼ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Dijon mustard

Mix all ingredients together and blend. Tastes great on any white fish and salmon.
