1 Tablespoon Olive oil
3 Red chili peppers
1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
1 tablespoon Fish sauce
1 teaspoon Maple syrup
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 Cup Fresh Basil leaves
2 lb raw pealed prawns (tails on)
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chilli peppers and ginger. Add the prawns. Mix the fish sauce, maple syrup, lime juice and pour into the frying pan. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes and stir in the basil. Serve with rice and veggies.
