This dressing can be used as a dip or dressing to enliven yam fries, wraps, sushi, sandwiches or nut loafs!
1/4 cup extra virgin, unrefined, cold pressed olive oil 1/3 cup white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon honey 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce salt and pepper Mix ingredients in a glass jar and shake well. DOWNLOAD FULL RECIPE HERE
Mix all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor or blender. Add the olive oil in a slow stream and mix well. Serve on a bed of romaine lettuce.
